The Franklin Pierce Field underwent a major facelift in the spring of 2008.  Dugouts were rebuilt, bullpens added, and a cement patio was added to the viewing area.

The upkeep of the Franklin Pierce field is carried out for the district by Grounds supervisor Max Freudenstein and groundskeeper Wayne Reda.  Franklin Pierce baseball cares for the infield under the Diamond Club led by Jody Jacobsen.
